ReplayBox Interface

With the ReplayBox Interface you can replay calls which have been recorded using a recorder (ASC, Redbox, Verba, ...).

This functionality allows you to:

•Retrieve Recorded Calls using various criteria,

•Navigate the Recorded Call,

•Replay the Recorded Call and listen to it on your device,

•Insert the Recorded Call in a Conference and make it available to all participants.

Refer to the Configuration section to configure your recorder.

Some Limitations may apply according to your system and configuration.
