Limitations

1) The RAM consummation is  around 40 MB per remote party call.

In the TPO Visualization, there are around 2 free GB to handle this feature which means TPO supports 50 calls.

If there is a need to support more calls, the Administrator must ensure to add enough RAM resource (40 MB/call)

2) Instant replay information will not survive to a TPO failure

3) When we have several remote party in TPO DDI conference, the replay can only play 1 remote party.

TPO will play by priority the static IP property slot if exist and otherwise the first remote party found.

4) Instant replay information will not survive to a TPO hot backup (failover)

5) Maximum replay duration is limited to 5 minutes

6) If recording is activated on the turret and ducking is applied (default is -12 db), there is an impact on the recorded call during the replay. The current audio stream of the recorded call is also ducked (low volume). The alternative solution are:

▪Turn off ducking by setting the value to 0 db

▪ Use Voice Recording Over TPO

•DDI Slot Bridging has some limitation regarding instant replay.
