Voice Recording

IPTrade platform works in conjunction with many recording systems like ASC, TC&C, Verba, Nice and many others.

Active recording requires configurations on both IPTrade platform and Recording System. In this case, IPTrade components (turrets & TPO) will send CDR information and RTP streams to the recorder, the infrastructure configuration must insure bandwidth and QoS. With Active recording, administrators can finely tune what will be recorded and how(mixed or not). Optionally users may also control when a call will be recorded or not.
