Limitations

The following limitations apply to replay calls for technical reasons:

General limitations

•The replay call is linked to its owner, so if this owner leaves the conference during replay, the replay call is automatically stopped for other participants.

•A user that joins a conference using a CIK (call interception key) during a replay call will not hear this replay call. However he will hear all other participants and later replay calls.

•Once a replay call has been inserted in a conference call, that conference cannot be put on-hold anymore, until the replay call terminates.

System dependent limitations

•With Nice recording, the Recorder interface is not available.

•In an Adhoc conference, the replay entry is merged with the current call and so it is not visible in the conference panel.

•In a DDI conference, the Exclusive and Hold handset buttons are disabled during the replay and enabled again once the replay terminates.
