By default, incoming and outgoing call are configured in send and receive video on call but user can configure video state for incoming call and/or outgoing call (see Configure).

Considering that User A initiates call and User B answers :

•If User A configures outgoing call in send only video, he will send video but he won't receive remote party's video. User B won't send his video. When video call is established, it can pass to send and receive state if User B pushes to send his video. If User A has no functional webcam, call is audio but can pass to receiving video if User B pushes to send his video.

•If User A configures outgoing call in receive only video, he will receive remote party's video but he won't send his video. When video call is established, it can pass to send and receive state if User A pushes to send his video. If User B has no functional webcam, call is audio but can pass to sending video if User A pushes to send his video.

•If User A configures outgoing call in inactive video, call is audio only. When video call is established, it can pass to send and/or receive state if User A pushes to send his video and/or User B pushes to send his video.

•If User B configures incoming call in send only video, User A will only receive remote party's video and User B will only send his video. When video call is established, it can pass to send and receive state if User A pushes to send his video. If User B has no functional webcam, call is audio but can pass to sending video for User A if he pushes to send his video.

•If User B configures incoming call in receive only video, User A will send his video but he won't receive remote party's video and User B will receive User A's video but won't send his. When video call is established, it can pass to send and receive state if User B pushes to send his video. If User A has no functional webcam, call is audio but can pass to receiving video if User B pushes to send his video.

•If User B configures incoming call in inactive video, call is audio only. When video call is established, it can pass to send and/or receive state if User A pushes to send his video and/or User B pushes to send his video.

For all configuration, behaviour is the same as explained in previous sections (Both users have a functional webcam and One user has a functional webcam).
