Voice Loops - Configure - Permanent Slot

The permanent slot is the access point for all the turret users who want to work with the voice loop.

This topic focus on the DDI slot properties to configure for Voice Loop usage. Please refer to this topic for detail explanations about slot properties.

•Slot Type must be Permanent.

•Choose a Label that identifies your voice loop.

•Target must be set to the Intercom Line number @ the TPO Group Name the intercom place belongs to.

•MRD must be set to No.

•Notification must be set to Never.

•ARD must be set to Voiceloop.

•Answer Only must remain unchecked.
