Limitations

•Due to implementation technical details, no user login shall start with “_IPT_CT_”. This prefix is reserved by the system to identify cross talk instance.

•Unless “Exclusive conference” (profile.setting.old.privateconf) is set to “true”, the only mean to get both “Original” and “Cross talk” to be active at the same time is not to enter in “Exclusive” talk mode.

•When a "Cross Talk" is placed on a monitor entry, a new "Cross Talk" cannot be achieved on the "Original" call. Using the Cross Talk button in this situation will terminate the "Cross Talk" placed on monitor entry.

•Considering an "Original" call and a "Cross Talk", if the "Original" call is :

 - terminated with the End button, the "Cross Talk" is kept and become a new "Original" call (on which a "Cross Talk" can be achieved).

 - put on Hold, this call is terminated while the "Cross Talk" is kept and become a new "Original" call (on which a "Cross Talk" can be achieved).
