Supervision of Rookie Trader

The boss/rookie trader supervision brings a mean for trading floor’s managers or senior traders to supervise from their own turret the work of a junior – or rookie – market operators.  

Hence, in the calls browser applet, managers select the supervision function and can listen on their handset to all conversations between the rookie trader and its business counterparties.  The supervision mode does not enable the manager to take directly part in a talk.  If this is needed, then the cut-in/join function must be used.

On the supervised turret, options are available to trigger an audio or a visual notification in order to alert the rookie trader that he is under monitoring.  

Accessing the supervision function is controlled by IT & voice team as per the options listed below

•Supervised – The user can be supervised ;

•Supervisor – The user is granted supervision rights ;

•None – Neither supervised or supervisor capability is allowed ;
