Turret Configuration

Common turret configuration for both MRD & ARD

User configuration must include everything that allows properly monitoring the DDI line.

That include the DDI Line definition in the user profile as well as the DDI slot shortcuts.

When a DDI slot shortcut points to a Private Wire line slot, it's a common practice to label the shortcut accordingly with the Private Wire remote party identity.

Manual Ring Down

Accordingly with the MRD slot properties, user might need to send pulse by clicking on the corresponding shortcut.

In order to allow pulse generation from the DDI Slot shortcut, the following setting must be set to Yes

Finely tune audio notifications

Additional settings allow finely tune audio notifications related to MRD line events:

Shortcut Notification	Ringdown Blink Count Key: profile.setting.ringdownblinkingcount Description: Define how much time the shortcut is going to blink while receiving a ringdown event. This parameter is given in GUI timer tick (default 500ms). Thus with a GUI timer Tick of 500ms, setting 10 in this setting means 5 second of blinking. Related settings: Connected ringdown audio notification (profile.setting.ringdown.audio) Ringdown shortcut blink until there is one participant (profile.setting.ringdown.blinkuntil1participant) Ringdown Blink until one new participant or timeout (profile.setting.ringdown.blinkuntilparticipantortimeout) TPO Ring Down Delay (application.tpo.ard.ring.delay)

There is no specific user configuration related to automatic ring down slots.
