A normal received call is a call that have been initiated by a remote party and that the user (manually or automatically) answered.
A green light received call is a call that have been initiated by a remote party to a shared or DDI line defined as a queue and that another user answered.
Placed calls
A placed call is a call that has been initiated by the user.
Missed-in calls
A green light missed call is a call that have been initiated by a remote party to a shared or DDI line and that another user answered. These calls can be filtered out (see Expert settings).
An orange light missed call is a call that have been initiated by a remote party and that had been diverted to the user's voicemail.
A red light missed call is a call that have been initiated by a remote party and that nobody answered.
