Call history flash count
Key: profile.setting.callhistoryflashcount Description: Indicates the number of times any call history button must flash when a new missed call is received. After that number of times the call history buttons remain orange. When the user consults his missed calls, call history buttons turn grey. Constraint: Numerical value If 0, no flash If -1, no flash and no orange notification Related settings: Voice mail flash count (profile.setting.voicemailflashcount)

History time limit
Key: profile.setting.history.time.limit Description: Defines the maximum age of entries to be displayed. Entries older than the specified value are not displayed nor taken into account for the occurrences counter. When no time filter is explicitly selected by the user, calls displayed in call history page are limited to the last X minutes. Typical values: 60 (1 hour) 1440 (1 day) 10080 (7 days) ... Constraint: between -1 and 4294967294 Related settings: Max call log entries on profile getall (profile.maxCallLogEntries) Max call log entries (profile.setting.calllogentries.max) Display type filter (profile.setting.history.displaytypefilter)

Information box format
Key: profile.setting.history.info.txt.format Description: Defines the information box format This key allows to configure data displayed in information box when a call log entry is selected. Value of the key is a string containing special characters to include call log entry fields. Following fields are available: - number: extension of the remote party - name: name of the remote party or of a shortcut which matches the remote party extension - date - time - timewithseconds - diversion: if a call has been picked up by some one else or manually diverted to voice mail - line: the extension of the line on which the call is hosted - linename: the SIP display name of the line on which the call is hosted For instance, the following key value : - "{f:name} ({f:number}) called on {f:date} at {f:time}" gives the following result: - "George (0032494987654) called on 02/05/2009 at 15:23 PM" Constraint: string

Log TPO Hunt Missed Calls	truefalse
Key: profile.setting.history.log.missed.tpo.hunt Description: Defines if missed TPO Hunt call are logged in call history. A TPO incoming call is considered missed when the user don't answer. If four users are notified of TPO Hunt incoming call: - When no user answers, an entry is created in missed history of all four users - When a user answers, an entry is created in missed history of the three users who don't answer Set this configuration key to false to prevent TPO Hunt missed call to be logged in history. Constraint: true\|false

Log Distant Missed Calls	truefalse
Key: profile.setting.history.log.missed.distant.as.local Description: Defines if distant missed calls are logged in call history Distant calls are calls that reach another turret of the ITMH group If four users are in the same ITMH group AND this key is set to true AND an incoming call reach one of those turrets AND user see distant incoming call as local: - When no user answers, an entry is created in missed history of all four users - When a user answers, an entry is created in missed history of the three users who don't answer Set this configuration key to true to insert distant missed call in history. Key: profile.setting.history.displaytypefilter Description: Defines if call type filter are displayed. In the Call History panel, VoIP, Radio and Intercom filters are added to the other filters, and allow showing/hiding this type of calls. Call logs line filter
Key: profile.setting.calllogs.linefilter Description: Defines which lines are selected by default in the Call History panel after a login. The line filter allows displaying only calls that were hosted on these lines. Constraint: list of user line extension, semicolon-separated Example: 1001;1002 An empty value (default value), makes no line selection, and thus displays all calls.

Key: profile.setting.history.showgreenlightmissedcalls Description: When a line is shared between several users and one of these user takes an incoming call, others users will see it as a missed call. If this key is set to true this call will shows up in call history, in missed calls section, with a green dot on it. Constraint: true\|false

Enable intercom calls logs	truefalse
Key: profile.setting.history.log.intercom.enable Description: Allow to create call logs for intercom calls. By default, this setting is set to false so no call logs are created for intercom calls. When enabled, call logs are created for placed calls, received calls and missed calls. Constraint: true \| false

History - Treated missed intercom calls delay in hours
Key: profile.setting.calllogs.intercom.missed.treated.hours Description: After an intercom call has been missed, it is considered as treated if an intercom call has been placed or received during period in hours defined in this setting. 1 = period of 1 hour after missed intercom call 2 = period of 2 hours after missed intercom call ... It means that if setting has been set to 1 and an intercom call has been missed, as soon as an intercom call has been placed or received in the next hour, missed intercom call is considered has treated. By default, setting is set to -1 which means missed intercom calls is always considered has not treated except if setting profile.setting.calllogs.intercom.missed.treated.days has been set. CAUTION: If both profile.setting.calllogs.intercom.missed.treated.days and profile.setting.calllogs.intercom.missed.treated.hours has been set, only profile.setting.calllogs.intercom.missed.treated.hours will be considered. History - Treated missed intercom calls delay in days
Key: profile.setting.calllogs.intercom.missed.treated.days Description: After an intercom call has been missed, it is considered as treated if an intercom call has been placed or received during period in days defined in this setting. 0 = current day of missed intercom call 1 = current day and the day after of missed intercom call ... It means that if setting has been set to 0 and an intercom call has been missed, as soon as an intercom call has been placed or received before end of the day, missed intercom call is considered has treated. By default, setting is set to -1 which means missed intercom calls is always considered has not treated except if setting profile.setting.calllogs.intercom.missed.treated.hours has been set. CAUTION: If both profile.setting.calllogs.intercom.missed.treated.days and profile.setting.calllogs.intercom.missed.treated.hours has been set, only profile.setting.calllogs.intercom.missed.treated.hours will be considered.
