HTTPS Access to FTP folder

From 9.6, the FTP site of the TSS will only be accessible via HTTPS. Therefore, it is essential that HTTPS is properly configured on the TSS and a TSS Certificate is installed.

Otherwise, it will not be possible for the Turret and TPO to connect to the TSS.

All Turret or TPO FTP/TSS VALUE MUST BE SET WITH A FQDN BEFORE any Turret/TPO is booted up when pointing at a TSS running 9.6.x and up.
