Displaying the history state on a call key

The call history state for a specific phone extension (remote party) can be automatically displayed on the call key itself, so that the end-user easily knows if he has already called (or was called by) the party recently.

 

Visually, the notification on the call key is:

 

shortcut_green_triangle

a call has been placed or received today

shortcut_yellow_triangle

a call has been placed or received yesterday

shortcut_orange_triangle

a call has been placed or received two days ago

shortcut_red_triangle

there has been no call placed or received during the last two days
