2

·TSS formats and forwards the request to the request to the CUCM

3

·Soft-switch or LDAP server process the query and answers with the list of selected entries taking into account the provided search criteria ;

4

·TSS processes the reply from the soft-switch and forwards it to the turret;

·Turret parses responses from LDAP servers

5

·Turret integrate all the search results in the form of shortcuts and makes them available in the "corporate directory" group.

Turret application caches entries returned by the last corporate directory search operation in the in-memory database.   Closing the session or powering down the turret equipment resets the content of this cache.  End-user can decide at any time to refresh the content of this cache by starting a new search from the search panel.
