The system allows excluding specific calls from the active recording feature, by configuration. Selecting which calls are excluded can be done based on the line on which they are hosted, or on their type (for intercom calls).
Classical SIP calls
On the TSS Console, in line edition form, configure whether a user line is recorded or not.
Every classical SIP call user receives or places on this line is recorded based on this value:
•No : Calls are not recorded •Yes: Calls are recorded •CTI only: Signaling CTI information is sent to the recorder, but voice isn't recorded by turret. This should only be used for DDI Lines that are recorded over TPO

Intercom calls
Intercom calls recording is configurable per intercom type.
