Voice Loops - Limitations

User must be connected to clear a voice loop

Due to implementation constraint, user MUST be connected to a voice loop to clear it.

There is no way to send a Voice Loop Clear command without being connected to it.

Intercom Links

The Voice Loop Intercom place cannot be linked to another intercom place, this is not supported.

Multiple Voice Loop slots to the same intercom

An Intercom place only allow 1 Voice Loop permanent slot connection.

Thus, multiple voice loop slots to the same intercom place is not supported.

TPO redundancy isn’t guaranteed when slot and intercom place belong to the same TPO group

When permanent slot and intercom place belong to the same TPO group and the TPO node running this group fails, calls between turret and TPO may drop.
