Trading and C&C > Turret Proxy To Open communication (TPO) > DDI Sharing > Using only DDI lines

1.In order to avoid user identification problem:

- All users must have one DDI line with "Default Global Line" set to "Yes".

- Lines with such properties are considered as "primary" lines when no real primary is configured.

- In order to avoid user identity confusion, the number of the line which stands for primary line has to be different for each user.

- For TSP and Direct Intercom, with a user having only DDI lines, if the lines are defined in a shared profile, they need to be at least customized in the user's private profile in order to be available.

- "Open Line" type shortcut usage is strictly forbidden when user hasn't any PBX line. Using only DDI lines setup requires to use DDI Lines & Private Wires Merge capability.

Following features identify users from their primary line and suffer of certain limitations when users only have DDI lines.

•Room presence groups

•Global forward rule

2.Meet-me feature is not supported on DDI only line
