Snmp over websocket configuration

Turrets/TPOs can be configured  to receive traps over websocket to Gecko through the TSS, as mentioned in this configuring Turret/Tpo section .

Also, TSS can be configured  to receive traps over websocket to Gecko through the TSS, as mentioned in this configuring TSS with command line interface section  using websocketservers switch of snmpconfig command.

Devices which are  configured to receive SNMP traps over websocket through TSS Console are shown in https://Tradesense-ip/gecko/api/provisioning/v1/snmp-devices URL.

Assure listens and processes the SNMP traps of devices configured over websocket and displays them in SNMP Traps section of Alerting Module
