•Give context to alerts, giving the support to resolve issues quickly

•Proactively generate tickets on Zendesk

•Undertake constant testing before, during and at the end of the regulated day

•Provide a websocket API for consumpution by third party vendors.

•Assure pro-actively monitors BT T&C infrastructure, automatically detects and reports issues.

•Analytics provides live metrics about BT T&C infrastructure via customizable dashboards.
