Device/user basic configuration

Keep Alive must be enabled and Recorder Compatibility must be set to iptrade.

The following setting must be enabled:

Key: profile.setting.recording.multicallsnode Description: This parameter allows the recorder module to send multiples calls information. For recorder server which support multiple calls information, the recorder module sends them in the form defined in the FID-REC-GEN-01.pdf. Related settings: Start recording at login (application.recorder.startrecordingatlogin)

Note: Take care that the Recorder keelAlive timeout must be set 1 second bigger than the Nice NTR Keep-Alive :

Recorder

Recorder keep alive timeout
Key: application.global.recorder.keepalivemaxinative Description: Maximun time (in milliseconds) without receiving any keep alive messages. If keep alive mode is activated, the Recorder Server sends periodically a keep alive message. The connection will be considered as lost if no keep alive message is received during this time.

Example: if application.global.recorder.keepalivemaxinative = 3000 ms, on Nice NTR KeepAlive is 2000 ms.
