Manual Uninstall

Solution Installation > TSS Installation > Install TSS on a standard server > Uninstall Applications

Overview

The installed applications appear in Program and Features on the Control Panel. If this does not work you have to proceed to full manual uninstall.

In this chapter we consider x.y.z corresponds to the version you want to uninstall (for example x.y.z is 8.0.0.29999).

Warning

This procedure describes installation of Console application from version 8.0. When package version is inferior to 8.0 please refer to proper documentation version.

Uninstall using Program and Feature (recommended)

Proceed as follows:

•Go to Control Panel.

•Open Programs and Features.

•Right click on IptradeNet.Console.x.y.z (or IptradeNet.Console.x.y.z) and click on Uninstall button.

Uninstall is finished when program disappears from the list

Full manual uninstall

If the previous procedure does not work, please use following procedure :

•Open IIS.

•Right click on application IptradeNet.Console.x.y.z and press Remove button.

•Click on Yes button to confirm application suppression.

•Press Explore button in Actions panel.

•Delete folder IptradeNet.Console.x.y.z.

•Open registry database (regedit)

•Delete key : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\IptradeNet.Console.x.y.z

•Restart IIS (iisreset)

Apply same procedure for TSS application.

Remove Console/TSS from IptradeNet :

•Open IIS.

•Select application IptradeNet.

•Press Explore button in Actions panel.

•Open file data.xml with text editor.

•Remove line that correspond to version to uninstall.

•Change active version if necessary.

•Save file.
