TSS Installation

Overview

TSS Installation includes installation of different components:

•Console : web application that allows administrators to manage central database for all IP Trade devices (turrets and TPO).

•TSS (Turret Support Server): web application that allows IP Trade devices (turrets and TPO) to communicate with central database.

•IptradeNet: web application that manage different install of TSS/Console.

2 ways to deploy TSS :

•Instant deployment Using the virtual appliance.

•Deploying TSS on standard windows server in order to control all aspects of the deployment manually

For devices connected to TSS, it doesn't matter what ways has been preferred. The first method is an easy and fast deployment method while the second may, for instance, allows administrators to leverage DB SAN investments but it requires additional skills.
