Call History

•Enabling the call history state on a call key prevents using the presence state on that call key, and vice-versa.

•The diversion information is only available on Call-waiting queues and DDI lines.

•When using a shared line, the end-user needs to be authenticated when the call enters the infrastructure in order to be notified of the call, and thus to have the call history entry generated when someone else accepts the call.

•Disabling the call history state in a shortcut page doesn't work on placed call. Use line configuration instead.

•Call History applet is not available on FlexCom.

•On FlexCom, user has no possibility to add a shortcut from History call keys.

Call Handler

•Using shared PBX lines, the call handler applet will never be updated when a ringing call is answered or redialed by another user.

•A call handler entry is updated if the missed call is redialed with the same line or if the merging mode is set to "caller".
