Limitations

•Presence feature is not available in DDI Only mode.

•CUP doesn’t allow distinguishing “On Call” and “Busy” Phone Line States. System is thus unable to differentiate them and uses “Busy” marker for both “On Call” and “Busy” phone states. PBX presence notification distinguishes those two different states.

•Enabling the presence state on a speed dial key prevents using the history state on that speed dial key, and vice-versa.

•Do Not Disturb feature provided on IP Trade turrets has only a local impact which isn't reported to the CUCM. Thus, monitoring IP Trade turret user doesn't notify DND state when the corresponding user activates DND on his IP Trade device.

•Presence needs a classical PBX line to work, therefore it will not be available on FlexCom with only intercom and fake lines.
