Presence Cisco

Note that Presence feature is not available in DDI Only mode.

Turret devices can subscribe either to the PBX or to Cisco Unified Presence Server (CUP) in order to display contact availability on the user interface speed dial buttons. Subscribing to PBX provides contact phone line status while subscribing to CUP provides contact phone line status as well as contact Outlook calendar status.

Cisco Unified CM IM and Presence

Note that using a Cisco Unified Presence Server requires the infrastructure to integrate following components:

•CUCM 9.1.2.10000-28

•Cisco Unified CM IM and Presence: 9.1.1.31900-1

•Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard - Active Directory

•Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 (Version: 14.01.0218.013)

Unified Presence Integration with IP Trade device is based on the components version listed here-above.

IP Trade devices are not supposed to interact with lower versions
