CUCM Corporate configuration

There can only be one CUCM directory defined in the system.

To configure it, browse the TSS Console interface to System > Directories and press the "Add new" button in the top or the bottom of the list.

•Set a display name to the directory. This is free and will be visible only in the Administration console.

•Select XML as type for the directory.

•Set the server address with the URI of the CUCM directory. This will look like "http://10.12.1.230:8080/ccmcip/xmldirectorylist.jsp"

•Set the server credentials with the username and password of the account that will be used to connect to the directory if any. (Not mandatory)

•Set the search base field with the XML path of the contacts. Usually "/CiscoIPPhoneDirectory/DirectoryEntry".

•Press the "Save and edit" button

Once saved, the "Settings" tab appears and allow to customize the fields associations used to search the directory.
