The Voice Recording module handles verification of call records on configured voice recording platforms. Assure - Recorder connectivity
Assure connects to recorders via API for fetching recorded calls. Please find below list of vendors and connectivity with Assure. RedBox•URI: Webservice URL e.g. http://REDBOX_MEDIA_SERVER_IP_ADDRESS:1480 •Credentials: Redbox username and password credentials of API user •Reference: Refer to the Redbox document “RAI_Web_Service_API_User_Guide_V1_7” for instructions on configuring the web service API (typically on the media server) to enable Assure to retrieve call data. Verba•URI: Webservice URL e.g. http://VERBA_IP_ADDRESS •Credentials: Username and password of a Verba user with API access •API Key: the key needs to be created on Verba in the System > Security > API Keys menu Assure IP address needs to be linked to this key with Authentication enabled. •Reference: Refer to the Verba documentation at “Verint Verba Knowledge base” https://kb.verba.com. |
