The Voice Recordings page shows the list of voice recordings for calls that assure is aware of. Recordings won’t appear if voice recording platform is not configured on assure. For Instructions on how to add voice recorder platform, please refer to Adding Voice Recording Platform.

The last column on the right shows if this call has been triggered by a Walk the Floor test.
