Turret mandatory configuration

Configuration fetch

To keep a tally of the new intercom line's configuration, a configuration fetch has to be done on the TSS Console as following

1)Open your preferred Internet navigator, connect to the TSS administration console URL and log onto the system with administrator privileges ;

2)From the main menu, select Account management / Profile |Lines ;

3)Fill in the Configuration Fetch section as follows and press Fetch! button

a)IP address = <IP address> of the CUCM ;

b)Device ID = SEPnnnnnnnnnnnn device name as found in the CUCM phone list ;

Direct Intercom Mode

The talker and the listener must be configured in the same Direct Intercom Mode

Intercom	Direct intercom mode IPTCISCO Key: profile.setting.direct.intercom.mode Description: Defines if the intercom mode is IPT (between turrets) or CISCO (between turrets and CISCO phones) Constraint: IPT | CISCO Related settings: Direct intercom auto-close (profile.setting.intercom.autoclose) Allow direct intercom close (profile.setting.intercom.direct.allowclose)
