Configure

In a direct intercom configuration. Two kind of users exist:

1.The trader which talks to the intercom over CISCO (named below "the talker")

2.The trader that listens to the talker (named below "the listener" or target)

The talker must have a shortcut direct intercom present in its shortcut

The Direct intercom mode option in the Settings | Intercom of the profile on the TSS Administration console must be defined as CISCO. IPT is the default value if the option is not initialized.
