Outgoing Call

When a user wants to reach another immediately, he has to click on his shortcut. The shortcut becomes green.

Here is the shortcut in his initial state.

When the user reaches another on his intercom line, the shortcut becomes green and blinks with the other user's number. He can immediately talk to the other user.

If the remote user has configured the direct intercom auto-answer mode (see configuration), the intercom call is bidirectional and shortcut of the caller turns from violet to green circled orange. Both users can talk together directly.
