Usage

Direct Intercom

Prerequisites

•The user is logged in

•A direct intercom shortcut is available and configured with the number of the person he wants to reach trough intercom

•It is supposed that the configuration has been properly done (see Configure section)

Basic scenario

The user needs to talk to one of the other user or CISCO phone through intercom. He presses the intercom shortcut and talk to the other user or CISCO phone by using the microphone.
