In order to see Radio call events in the Call History panel, set the following setting to true in the user profile :

Location: Terminal Boot Settings, Terminal Profile Settings

Key: profile.setting.history.displaytypefilter Description: Defines if call type filter are displayed. In the Call History panel, VoIP, Radio and Intercom filters are added to the other filters, and allow showing/hiding this type of calls. Constraint: true\|false Related settings: Max call log entries on profile getall (profile.maxCallLogEntries) Max call log entries (profile.setting.calllogentries.max) History time limit (profile.setting.history.time.limit)

And, on the DDI Line, set the "In Call History" property to true to see VoIP calls and set the "Radio Call Event" property to see Radio calls independently :
