This module is dedicated to the protocol exchange between TPO and the recorder server.

 

The following Recorder.txt file shows the CTI information of the recorded call and also the status link to the recorder server.

Recorder compatibility

Generic or NICE

Recorder Id

Identifier of the recorder server

Recorder IP

IP address of the recorder server

Recorder Port

IP port of the recorder server

connected

Indicates if the TCP connection to the recorder server is OK (true/false)

initialized

Indicates if the module initialization is OK (true/false)

keepaliveEnabled

Indicates if keep alive message between TPO and recorder server is activated (true/false)

keepaliveTimer

Timer expiration in millisecond on which TPO closes the connection to the recorder server if keep alive message is not received

 

•Recorder mixed calls section

 

These calls information contains the CTI information sent to the recorder server.
