This example describes how to get DDI calls information thanks to the TPO debug information. We also demonstrate the correlation with the network trace taken during the test.

Context

1.A TPO cluster is configured with a TPO in Failover and  a DDI place

•TPO cluster: DPH CLuster

•TPO: TestTPO02, 10.10.6.152

•DDI place: dyn01, line 8702

•CuCM: 10.12.1.230

2.A turret with a user configured with the DDI line 8702

•Turret: 10.10.80.22

•User: USRDPH01

3.A IP phone which play the role of the remote party

•IP phone: 10.10.80.44

•Extension: 1002

DDI place is started and turret's user is logged.

Scenario

1.Start a network capture on TestTPO02

2.Turret's user (8702)  makes a call to the IP phone (1002).

3.IP phone answers the call

4.Bidirectional voice path is established between the turret's user and the IP phone.

5.Go to TSS administration console, System, Sessions, Devices Sessions and take a dump of TestTPO02

6.Stop the network capture on TestTPO02
