CCL module creates TLS engines of the SIP stack thanks to the client certificates and the CA certificate

CCL creates for 1 device 2 TLS engines:

- TLS Client engine is dedicated for the connection from TPO to CuCM on port 5061

- TLS Server engine is dedicated for the connection from CuCM to TPO on the listening port indicated by Listening port. This connection is used for incoming request from CUCM.

Example:  the CUCM sends an Invite (Incoming call) on port 5064 to reach the device SEP800000000009
