User complains that an incoming call doesn’t match a shortcut he has created

-call table is empty à the debug information is useless, take another one while an incoming call is in progress

-get the call id in the call table, make a search in Shortcut matching table on the called column, the list is not empty

oThere are shortcuts matching with the call, identify their type and extension to compare with remote extension received.

oNo shortcuts match then analyze remote party number and see if you don’t have to adjust prefix keys with in order to allow a match between a defined shortcut and the incoming number
