If a certificate is installed on the Server, it must be accepted for applying configuration. Before accepting the CA Certificate, the TSS Certificate must be validated :

Once the TSS Certificate has been accepted, the CA Certificate is displayed and must be approved:

Once "Accept Certificate and Apply Configuration" button pressed, the device will show the following screen :
