Usage

User has a call key targeting John in his profile. The call key has three phone extensions associated:

Pressing the call key initiates an outbound call to John's primary extension: his mobile phone.

If John does not answer the call after 6 seconds (by default), the system automatically cancels the call, and calls the next extension defined in the call key: his private phone number.

If his private phone number is not available (no answer after 6 seconds or busy or not reachable), the system switches to the last extension defined. If still no answer, the system keeps the last attempt visible and stops calling automatically.
