Alternate labels

Alternate labels allow identifying the nature of extensions for targets, i.e. represent a contact's mobile, home or professional phone numbers.

These labels are tags that can be defined on the TSS Administration Console and can be used by all turrets' users. They are used in two main use-cases:

1. Identify each telephony extension for a contact

2. Give a human readable label for each of the fields associated to the entries in external sources. External sources provide access to contacts defined outside the IPTrade system. The supported external sources are:
