Limitations

Device models support

We only support the Original Stream Deck (15 keys) and the Stream Deck XL (32 keys).

At the time of writing, these models exists in the following hardware configurations:

- The first generation mk1 is recognizable by a USB Vendor ID=0x0fd9 and Product ID=0x0060

- The first generation mk2 is recognizable by a USB Vendor ID=0x0fd9 and Product ID=0x006d

- The second generation is recognizable by a USB Vendor ID=0x0fd9 and Product ID=0x0080

- The Stream Deck XL is recognizable by a USB Vendor ID=0x0fd9 and Product ID=0x0x006c

- Stream Deck + with volume controller knobs are NOT supported.

- Stream Deck mini (6 keys) are NOT supported.

Incompatibility with Elgato Stream Deck Software

The firmware integration offers a Plug and Play approach that avoid the end user the need to configure the Stream Deck device by itself, the turret firmware takes full control of any detected devices.

Running the Elgato Stream Deck Software daemon in parallel with the FlexPro or FlexCom is not supported at all. This would lead to invalid key display on the Stream Deck, or invalid key processing.
