Prerequisites for PBX lines

Timers for distant calls over PBX lines require Inter-Turret Messaging Highway (ITMH) to be enabled and can be provided only for calls which are terminated on consoles belonging to the same group.

Following options must be enabled :

Duration timer on handset
Key: profile.setting.callduration.timer.handset Description: Defines which type of timer to display on handsets (major and minor), when a call is present. Constraint: none\|alive\|current_alive\|last_alive\|hold\|current_hold\|last_hold\|total\|current_total\|grand_total none = no timer; alive = how much time the call has been alive (established); current_alive = same as alive time, but locally; last_alive = how much time the call has been alive since the last time it came alive; hold = how much time the call has been on-hold; current_hold = same as hold time, but locally; last_hold = how much time the call has been on-hold since the last time it was put on-hold; total = total duration of the call; current_total = same as total time, but locally; grand_total = same as total time, but this timer starts as soon as the call is created. Key: profile.setting.callduration.timer.shortcuts.alive Description: Defines which type of timer to display on shortcuts, when a call is present and alive. Constraint: none\|alive\|current_alive\|last_alive\|hold\|current_hold\|last_hold\|total\|current_total\|grand_total none = no timer; alive = how much time the call has been alive (established); current_alive = same as alive time, but locally; last_alive = how much time the call has been alive since the last time it came alive; hold = how much time the call has been on-hold; current_hold = same as hold time, but locally; last_hold = how much time the call has been on-hold since the last time it was put on-hold; total = total duration of the call; current_total = same as total time, but locally; grand_total = same as total time, but this timer starts as soon as the call is created.
