Call Duration

Call duration feature refers to the ability to display time-related information about calls opened on the IPTrade turret. Hence, the system keeps track of different call durations – or timers – and can display them in the various areas on the console’s interface.  

Local call vs. distant call

For dial tone lines (contact/shortcut keys), local calls or refers to calls which have been received on the trader’s personal line while distant calls indicate that calls were initially directed to the line of another trader belonging to the same group.
