Call duration feature refers to the ability to display time-related information about calls opened on the IPTrade operator console. Hence, the system keeps track of different call durations – or timers – and can display them in the following areas of the console’s interface

•On the handset controls, in the call status , below the distant party identifier ;

•On the shortcut/contact/call interception keys, below the key label ;

•On the call status panels (central panel and applet);

•In the floating keys bar ;

•On the dispatching progress applet ;

Various timers are available including

1.Alive time – How much time the call has been alive (established). The timer starts immediately after the call is accepted, and is paused whenever the call is put on hold ;

2.Current alive time – Same as alive time, but locally. The timer is reset each times the owner of the call changes.  It is available only for local calls ;

3.Last alive time – How much time the call has been alive since it was accepted or resumed ;

4.Hold time – How much time the call has been on-hold. The timer starts when the call is put on hold for the first time, and is paused whenever it resumed ;

5.Current hold time – Same as hold time, but locally. This timer is reset each time the call owner changes.  It is available only for local calls ;

6.Last hold time – How much time the call has been on-hold.  The timer is reset after resuming the call ;

7.Total time – Total duration of the call. The timer starts when the call is accepted for the first time, and is never reset or paused ;

8.Current total time – Same as total time, but locally. The timer is reset each time the call owner changes.  It is available only for local calls ;

9.Grand total time – Same as total time, but the timer is continuously increased until the call is terminated ;
