Highlight Incoming calls

Key: profile.setting.incoming.highlight.timer

Description:
Defines (in seconds) timeout after which incoming calls are displayed as emergency call.

This key affect incoming calls which reach the turret through:
- Local user PBX lines including primary, secondary, shared, emergency and red lines.
- DDI Sharing
- TPO Hunt
- Distant other user lines through ITMH if profile.setting.in.call.represent.distantaslocal is set to "true"

Constraint:
-1 = OFF 0 = IMMEDIATE 1 to 300000 stands for a period expressed in second. Any other value results in OFF
