Configure the default timeout and the default target for all lines using shared/user profile settings.

Incoming auto accept timer
Key: profile.setting.incoming.autoaccept.timer Description: Defines (in seconds) timeout after which incoming calls are automatically accepted. This key affect incoming calls which reach the turret through: - Local user PBX lines including primary, secondary, shared, emergency and red lines. - DDI Sharing - TPO Hunt - Distant other user lines through ITMH if profile.setting.in.call.represent.distantaslocal is set to "true" This key has no effect on lines which have an explicit incoming auto accept delay configuration Explicit line configuration can be set through: - "User authentication" configuration - profile.setting.incoming.autoaccept.XXXX.timer This key only affect lines which matches profile.setting.incoming.autoaccept.line.type configuration Lines which are not "Local user PBX lines" cannot have explicit configuration and are always considered as normal lines (Neither "Red" nor "Emergency") Constraint: -1 = OFF 0 = IMMEDIATE 1 to 300000 stands for a period expressed in second. Key: profile.setting.incoming.autoaccept.line.type Description: Defines line types global incoming auto accept timer is applied to By default global incoming timer is applied to all lines (see profile.setting.incoming.autoaccept.timer description). Using this setting auto accept can be: - None: disabled - Emergency only: enable on local emergency lines only - Red only: enable on local red lines only - Red & Emergency: enable on local red lines and local emergency lines only - All: enable on all local lines, DDI Sharing, TPO Hunt and distant incoming which have reached other turret line (if profile.setting.in.call.represent.distantaslocal has been set to "true") Constraint: None\|Emergency only\|Red only\|Red & Emergency\|All Related settings: Distant incoming calls aspect (profile.setting.in.call.represent.distantaslocal) Incoming auto accept timer (profile.setting.incoming.autoaccept.timer) Incoming auto accept target device (profile.setting.incoming.autoaccept.target)

Per user line configuration

Configure the timeout and the target for a particular line.

Proceed as follows

1)Connect to the TSS administration console using an administrator account ;

2)Navigate to Account Management -> Users list and select the user to configure;

3)Select the user line tab and select the line you want to configure;

4)In the Automatic actions settings pane,

a)Select custom in Incoming Auto Accept Delay drop down and type in the desired timeout;

5)Press Update button to save the changes;
