OVA deployment resource requirements

TSS can be deployed using OVA’s. These come with pre-defined resources (bandwidth / RAM) requirements. The following tables provides the information required for sizing of your virtualization environments.

TSS VA 2.0 or higher :

•We assume a minimum clock speed of 2.5 GHz.

•The ideal socket configuration for 4vcpu should be 2 for the setting "Cores per Socket".

By default the OVA is deployed using Thin disk provisioning to limit storage usage.

As per the virtualization table it is recommended to increase performance of the TSS Disk migrating disk to eager thick provisioning especially when:

•TSS replication is activated

•The number of logged in user is higher than 200.

Note that virtual appliance have been validated on ESXi version 8.0.
