Telephony functions

The following chapter describe enterprise telephony features available through TPO.

Similarly to Enterprise Telephony, some features are PBX dependent.

Those feature may be order in different categories

•Common feature. Available feature whatever the supported PBX(see supported PBX list). Some of those feature can leverage PBX extension available only on some PBX but globally it doesn't really affect the feature. As an example DTMF is a common feature. Inboud DTMF (RFC2833) is available on all PBX but DTMF over SIP is available on Cisco only.

•Feature linked to a PBX capability, feature available only with a specific PBX.
