Intercom

This scenario allows TPO to record all streams on one recorder channel.

The context of the scenarios is described below:

•Turrets: Turret01, Turret02, Turret03, Turret04 and Turret05

•TPO has a Intercom line named Intercom01

•Recorder Server is RS

Prerequisites

•Turret's users are in the same Intercom group defined in TPO Intercom01

•IP Trade recorder channel ID 2 is configured on the Intercom01 place

•IP Trade recorder channel ID 2 is properly configured on the Recorder Server

Scenario:

1.Turret01 to Turret05 are log-in. They establish a call to TPO on the Intercom01; Then the recording is starting on the channel 2.

2.Turret02 speaks on the Intercom channel; the conversation is recorded.

Note: the record begins after the login of the fist user of the Intercom group.
