Exception cases

There are some exception cases on Recording scenario independent  of the  slot configuration:

• Call on Hold

When a DDI call is on call, it is not recorded

•Calls is on the middle of a transaction ( Transfer and Conference)

When the DDI call is on preparing for a Transfer or a Conference action, it is put on hold. Then it is also not  recorded.

•Exclusive and Exclusive conference talking mode

The behavior of the recording follows the same behavior of the turrets.

Example:

In this scenario, the used schema is described in DDI Lines Sharing.

1.Turret01 calls the Remote Party 1(RP1) by using the DDILine01.

2.RP1 answers and the call (C1) is established on the slot  101; C1 is recorded on the channel 2.

3.Turret02 joins the call C1 by pressing on the slot 101 shortcut; This action creates the call C2; C2 is also recorded on the channel 2.

4.Turret01 presses Exclusive button;

The result is:

Turret01 can speak and hear RP; Then C1 is stll recorded.

Turret02 is muted and can not hear Turret01 and RP; Then C2 is not recorded.
